Snowland is set in the village of Par within 34 acres of land, situated 3 miles from Fowey and 5 Miles from St Austell. Snowland Angling Centre is a lake complex which until recently was unused. The main lake (Lodge) has recently undergone a transformation to develop it into a suitable fishery. The lake has fixed platform pegs and is suitable for anglers of all abilities. The lakes ares situated in Woodland, with walkable paths around them. The natural stock of Carp, Rudd, Roach and Perch was enhanced last November with a stocking of Bream, Tench and Crucian Carp. There is a smaller lake (Brunel) currently being cleared which has a stock of Rudd, Roach and Carp, this will enhanced over the following months, enabling it to become an ideal venue for the junior angler. The lakes also have designated wheel chair access pegs, with parking next to them.
Brunel will over the coming years be developed into a Carp Pool, with the Doubles from Lodge being transferred. A third lake (Padddock) is being dug this year and will be open by the summer of 2009.

The lakes are available for Day Ticket Fishing at £5.00 per day, season ticket and club membership available. Anglers must be in possession of a valid EA Rod Licence. Rod Licences and Day Tickets can be obtained from the Fishing Lodge. The Lodge also has a small angling shop selling essential items as well as Teas, Coffee, sandwiches etc. The lakes are available to be booked for matches or activities, concessionary rates can be discussed for disabled organisations.
There will be 10 eletrical hookups for touring caravans.
